濟南停車棚:塔樓底部的施工技術方案!
1.1.1.概述塔樓底部雨棚屬于大型鋼結構雨棚,外部包玻璃,內部吊頂部分為不銹鋼管格柵。總共包含三個雨棚,分別位于塔樓的北、南、西側,的雨棚長度約37.85米,由框架玻璃系統配不銹鋼包鋁圓管裝飾線條、鋁板系統組成與塔樓主體單元幕墻系統相呼應,雨棚二次鋼結構由我司完成。底層吊頂由不銹鋼格柵與鋼結構包鋁板組成。其中北、南側雨棚為落地式。塔樓底部雨棚平面位置示意圖(粉色部分)塔樓底部南側雨棚整體效果圖塔樓底部南側雨棚底部效果圖塔樓底部雨棚整體安裝可靠,造型獨特,具有現代的美感,與塔樓整體的裝飾效果遙相呼應。雨棚向外傾斜,以便排水,并設有排水溝系統,對此我司采用滿堂腳手架進行該雨棚的安裝,采用汽車吊進行二次鋼件的垂直運輸及定位。雨棚施工措施示意圖下面詳細介紹在施工工藝及施工質量保證方面將做出切實可行的方案。并就具體的施工方案闡述如下:

(1)、與總承包單位確定好基準線和水準點,再用經緯儀放出控制線以及拐角控制線。

(2)、將土建單位提供的基準中心線、水平線進行復測,無誤后放鋼線,定出幕墻安裝基準線。為保證不受其它因素影響,放完線后,用全站儀檢測,調準。

(3)、由于本工程雨棚安裝時搭設滿堂腳手架進行施工,根據施工圖投測出地面定測點,再搭設腳手架,然后依據地面定測點,使用激光垂準儀和采用拉線法將地面定測點投測到腳手架搭設平臺,確定鋼構件安裝位置。

(1)、施工人員安排我司將組織雨棚施工隊進行施工,人員配置,施工隊長1人,汽車吊司機1人,雨棚施工隊員15人(含檢測員、信號員、電焊工、機械工、電工和小工等雨棚安裝所需的各類工種),預計30個工作日即可完成1個雨棚施工。

(2)、施工設施準備采用汽車吊對較大鋼結構構件的進行吊裝,用手動葫蘆輔助吊裝。另應準備電焊機、打磨機3臺、手電鉆、注膠槍、測量放線設備、油漆等各種雨棚施工隊常用的小型施工設備及輔助材料等,均應在施工前準備到位。

(1)待全部材料進場且檢驗合格,現場施工人員和施工設施準備妥當,即可進行雨棚鋼骨架構件安裝,雨棚安裝的主要技術依據為《依據測量放樣數據》、《施工圖》、《雨棚加工圖》、《雨棚安裝現場技術及交底》等。

1.1.3.8.雨棚鋼骨架結構誤差測量和隱蔽驗收完成雨棚鋼骨架安裝后,填寫《隱蔽驗收單》附《雨棚鋼骨架結構檢查表》報監理單位驗收。
